Mr. Darshan Solanki

Qualification
Darshan’s corporate career started in 2002 with leading private life insurance company of India. He had a long standing career in corporate and worked with various departments including learning and development and sales. Darshan has completed Certified Financial Planner from FPSB India. Financial planning standards Board India is a public- private enterprise and a professional standard setting body that proactively guides the professionals to benefit and project the public in the country.
Darshan is holding Associateship- life insurance from insurance institute of India who is promoting insurance education and training in country. Institute qualifications are held in esteem both by the regulator and the industry.
Darshan is Certified Facilitator of Development dimensions international. A global human resources consulting firm with a track record of ensuring a ready - now supply of leaders to help organizations meet business goals.
Darshan has attended Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst (CPBA) training from TTI certified trainer. Over and above all he has cleared various certification courses for financial markets. Darshan firmly believes that the continual upgrading of skills is extremely important and he continually upgrades his skills and knowledge by way of attending seminars, webinars at various forums.

Mrs. Kavita

Kavita is a proprietor cum partner of H.D. Consultants. Being a science graduate with Chemistry subject, she owns profound knowledge of the subject and the related academia par excellence. She deliberately implies her knowledge as and when required and sorts out the things so nicely.

Kavita has a long trail of 15 years’ experience so far in the field of office management wherein she has exhibited a range of competencies from administration to management of the office. Dealing and coordinating with the people have been noticed as few of the many strong areas of her personality as a professional.

Exploring her potential at its best, Kavita has also put a step forward in the field of commerce by being accredited with the most valuable certification, NCFM, (National stock exchange’s Certification in Financial Management).

Emerging as a strong professional, Kavita’s passion lead her to establish and develop a very new field of work by exploring business of Wellness Products that is like a feather to the cap to our business.

Mr. Dhaval Solanki

Dhaval Solanki, a trainer, a counselor and an educationist, is another strong pillar of H. D. Consultants who explores a unique component of developing a child to professional by catering their individual requirements varying from their personality level to performance level. Dhaval brings forth a rich contribution from the past 17 years in pedagogy and academia, which has sharpened his mentoring and leadership skills to the fullest. His work experience has involved a spectra of roles from the bottom of the pyramid in training institutes to the managerial role in academic institutions in past two decades. It ranges from training and mentoring teachers, boosting parent-teacher and parent-child relations, observing children behaviour patterns, resolving operational issues, guiding the youth and running the institution to the utmost efficiency seamlessly.
